At United Machine Works we provide many services from simple turning and milling to complex fabrication and repair work. Our CNC machines provide consistent quality and high speed machining, while our manual machines allow us to provide prototype services and small quantity runs. Our experienced, knowledgeable staff is prepared to offer advice on material selection, processes, finishing and design assistance when requested.

Turning:
UMW offers exceptional quality machining of most ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as machinable plastics such as polyurethane, Delrin and HDPE, among others. We have the experience and expertise to handle your most challenging problems. We have highly trained manual machinists for low-volume jobs as well as CNC capability for your production quantities.

Milling:
UMW has two CNC VMC machine tools in addition to our staff of highly trained and experienced manual machinists. We can handle quantities from a single part to production level quantities.

Our fabrication department is well-equipped to provide high-quality fabricated parts, including working with our clients to develop drawings and procedures for manufacture. We can offer suggestions to streamline design and fabrication to save you time and money.
